Delivery information

Artventure to Finland uses the Finnish Postal Company, Posti, for deliveries within Finland. We always try to ship from Helsinki within 1-2 working days after receiving the order. After that the shipping company have their standard delivery time (which we can’t affect), depending on where you live.

You will as a customer receive an order confirmation by e-mail after ordering and another when the product(s) have been dispatched from us. In the latter e-mail you’ll find a tracking code.

We need complete and correct delivery information to be sure your order will reach you, including full postal address, phone number and e-mail address. We do not take responsibility for orders with incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
