Reserve your activity and time slot in advance. We are also hosting many private events so that's why it's recommended.

Step 2. Arrive to our store

You can choose what statue you would like to paint or which product you'd like to decorate on arrival. Our staff will guide you through the activity in English and Finnish.

How long does the DIY workshop take?

EN: Workshop duration depends on the activity:

  • 🎨 Statue or flower pot painting: 3 hours

  • 🧸 Fluidbear: 1–2 hours

  • 🧁 Moru Doll, charm bar, mirror decorating, etc.: around 1 hour

FI: Työpajan kesto riippuu aktiviteetista:

  • 🎨 Patsaiden tai kukkaruukkujen maalaus: 3 tuntia

  • 🧸 Fluidbear: 1–2 tuntia

  • 🧁 Moru-doll, charm bar, peilien koristelu jne.: noin 1 tunti

Do I need to bring anything?

EN: No—everything is provided!

Are workshops suitable for kids?

EN: Yes! Activities are designed for all ages. For kids under 5, a parent can assist in activities like Moru Doll, Fluidbear, or cream glue decorating.

FI: Kyllä! Aktiviteetit sopivat kaikenikäisille. Alle 5-vuotiaille vanhempi voi osallistua ja auttaa Moru-nuken, Fluidbearin tai koristekerma-aktiviteeteissa.

What languages are sessions held in?

EN: English and Finnish. Clear step-by-step guidance provided.

Do you offer group bookings or private events?

EN: Yes! We host birthdays, team events, and private sessions. Contact us to plan yours.

FI: Kyllä! Järjestämme synttäreitä, TYHY-päiviä ja yksityistilaisuuksia. Ota yhteyttä!

What is your cancellation policy?

EN: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. After that, we offer a gift card or reschedule option.

FI: Peruutus on maksuton 24 tuntia ennen varattua aikaa. Sen jälkeen tarjoamme lahjakortin tai uuden ajan varauksen.

Why should I reserve a spot in advance?

EN: We often host private events, so walk-ins may not always be possible. Booking in advance guarantees your spot and allows us to prepare materials for you.

FI: Järjestämme usein yksityistapahtumia, joten ilman varausta paikan saaminen ei ole aina mahdollista. Varaamalla etukäteen varmistat paikkasi ja voimme valmistella tarvittavat materiaalit sinulle.

What payment methods do you accept?

EN: You can pay at the store using cash or card, or in advance via PayPal, Edenred, or ePassi.

FI: Voit maksaa paikan päällä käteisellä tai kortilla, tai etukäteen PayPalilla, Edenredillä tai ePassilla.

What does the timeslots mean?

EN: Your booking reserves a 3-hour time slot. If your activity takes less time (e.g. 1–2 hours), you can arrive later—just make sure you have enough time to finish before the end of the slot.

FI: Aikavaraus tarkoittaa 3 tunnin aikaikkunaa. Jos valitsemasi aktiviteetti kestää vähemmän (esim. 1–2 tuntia), voit saapua myöhemminkin – varmista vain, että ehdit tehdä kaiken ennen ajan päättymistä.

Can I take my creations home after the workshop?

EN: Yes! Most items are ready to take home immediately. Fluidbear needs 24–48 hours to dry, so you can either pick it up later or have it shipped via Posti.

FI: Kyllä! Suurin osa töistä on heti valmiita mukaan vietäväksi. Fluidbear tarvitsee 24–48 tuntia kuivumisaikaa, joten voit joko noutaa sen myöhemmin tai tilata sen Postin kautta kotiin.
